Chocolate cake recipe

Bake a scrumptitious chocolate cake at home in your microwave in 8 minutes flat and have your family eating out of your hands.

BAKING TIME : 8 MINUTES , SERVES 6

INGREDIENTS:

The ingredients and the proportions are as below:

1. Plain Flour :1 cup

2. Eggs :3

3. Refined oil/Fresh cream :1 cup

4. Sugar(Powdered) :1 cup

5. Baking Powder :1 level teaspoon

6. Baking Soda :ΒΌ teaspoon

7. Salt :one pinch

8. Drinking chocolate :5 heaped tablespoons

9. Milk :ΒΌ cup

PREPARING THE CAKE MIX:

a.Break the eggs into a pan and blend well for 4 to 5 seconds.

b.Add sugar and blend till sugar and eggs mix for 7 to 8 seconds.

c.Add fresh cream( beaten to a smooth paste)/or Refined Oil and blend for 10 to 12 seconds.

d.Sieve together Plain Flour,Baking Powder, baking Soda Salt and Drinking Chocolate.

e. Add slowly to the above mixture and blend for 25 to 30 seconds, into a smooth paste.

f.Add milk and mix.

Now your cake mix is ready!

BAKING:

Pour the cake mix into a microwavable container. Bake it in your Microwave at microwave high (1700 c) for 8 minutes.Allow it to cool.

Pour Hershey's Chocolate sauce over it before serving.
